In line with GA633-2006 Firefighters Protective Ensemble for Rescue, a special protective helmet(half-helmet) used by firemen to protect the head during rescue. It fully meets the style and identification uniform requirements of the type 17 emergency rescue helmet. Goggles comply with GA1273-2015 Firefighter Protective Auxiliary Equipment—Goggles for Firefighters and GB14866-2006 The Specifications for Personal Eye-Protectors.
Product features:
1. It is composed of helmet shell, slide rail, goggles, buffer layer, comfort padding, retention system, etc. The helmet shell is made of polyamide material, and the surface is bright, smooth and clean, no stains, defects and other defects damaging the appearance. Both sides of the helmet body are equipped with black multifunctional modules, sliding rails, which are made of high temperature resistant and flame retardant materials, and equipped with multifunctional flashlight holder.
2. With excellent performance of shock resistance, heat radiation resistance, flame retardant, chemical corrosion protection, heat and cold resistance or the ability to protect against other types of hazards. It is portable and meets the protection requirements for fire rescue personnel under severe conditions.
3. The cap shell is made of reinforced thermoplastic material, which can provide head and flank impact protection.

5. Comfort padding: The top is sewn with aramid mesh and cowhide, and the surrounding comfort layer (integrated with the hoop) is made of special materials by hot pressing.

Shock absorption performance: For high temperature pretreatment (keep the helmet at 50℃ for 4h), the impact force on the headform is ≤3700N; for low temperature pretreatment (keep the helmet at -28℃ for 4h), the impact force is ≤3700N; for water immersion pretreatment (keep the helmet in the sink for 4h at room temperature), the impact force is ≤3700N.
9. Penetration resistance performance: after low temperature pretreatment (keep the helmet at -28℃ for 4h), the steel hammer does not establish point contact with the headform.
10. Thermal stability:the edge of the helmet is not deformed after being kept in the oven at 180℃ for 5min; Hard accessories shall be kept in good condition; No carbonization and peeling on the surface of reflective material.
11. Lateral rigidity: the maximum deformation value of the helmet shell is ≤15mm, and the deformation value after unloading is ≤5mm.
12. Tensile strength of chin strap: there is no fracture or slippage of the chin strap, and its extension length is ≤18mm.
13. Flame retardant performance: after the fire source leaves the helmet shell, the self-extinguishing time from fire (s) : front ≤1.5, rear ≤1.5, left ≤1.5, right ≤1.5.
14. A three-point chin strap system provides optimal comfort and stability.
