Backplate assembly
The backplate assembly includes the back frame, upper shoulder strap, lower shoulder straps, waistband and cylinder belt. The back frame is designed in accordance with ergonomics, and the shape fits the curve of the back of the human body completely. The contact surface is large, and it is comfortable to wear. The backplate is injection molded by flame retardant and carbon fiber material, which is high strength, impact resistant and not easy to damage.
The shoulder strap and waistband are woven with flame retardant, anti-slip and tear resistant Kevlar, making it more comfortable to wear. Buckles are made of flame retardant material and the flame retardant performance meets the standard requirements of GA124-2013.
HUD transmitter:
HUD transmission pressure gauge of the respirator changed the display and alarm mode of SCBA, which uses the electronic pressure sensor to change the pressure signal into electrical signal, display in real time the current cylinder pressure value in digital form, dynamically calculated the remaining time available for the gas volume in the cylinder and displayed it, so that the rescue personnel can grasp it in time.
Air supply valve assembly:
The air supply valve assembly is a device that depressurizes the medium pressure gas output from the pressure reducer to the pressure that can be breathed by the human body according to the amount of inspiration of the wearer, so that the wearer can breathe.

A socket structure is used for quick connection with the air supply valve;
The sealing colloid adopts high quality of flame retardant silica gel, and the mouth-nose mask uses silicone rubber of high quality, soft and high temperature resistant, flame retardant headnet and flame retardant hanging belt;

the gas cylinder is made of high-strength aluminum alloy liner and fully wound carbon fiber composite material, with high strength and light weight.
Pressure reducer assembly: it is a device that outputs 0.7mpa medium pressure gas after the high pressure gas in the cylinder is decompressed, and then sends it to the air supply valve for human breathing through the medium pressure pipe.
The pressure reducer assembly includes handwheel, pressure gauge, alarm, safety valve, HUD system and three-way medium-pressure air duct.
